Specific in the fact that parents are responsible for their children’s spiritual education.

Generic in the sense that parents can use any means available to aid in accomplishing the task.

• How do we give our children the best start toward godliness?

Teach through example (Matt. 5:13-16)

Teach your kids at home (Deut. 6:6-7)

Bring your kids to Bible class!!! The concept of “Bible class” or teaching outside of the home is

not foreign to the conduct of New Testament Christians (Acts 2:46; 19:9-10; 22:3).

The Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Bible classes are the most focused and best prepared opportunities to understand the Bible that most will have available to them. And on a weekly basis!
