David Wigley’s
Design Portfolio
Our project was to create and iPod like ad using
one of our own pictures. So I took one of my own
Pictures and cut out the image of myself, I then
colored myself all black and made myself some white
Shoelaces. I put adjusted image of myself on a plain
blue background then typed in iSkate.
My objective was to create
an ad promoting a Walk-A-Thon
for a Community Crisis Intervention Service in Arkansas. I took a picture
of a mall and used it for
my background, put some
zombies and blood spatter
on it and then typed in
all the information and
slapped the KLAZ (who
was hosting the event)
logo on it.
My objective was to create
a T-Shirt logo for the CASA
Festival in Fayetteville, AR.
I took a picture off the
internet of children sitting
down, then used the Live
Trace tool in Adobe Illustrator® to make
them all black and white.
Then I just placed the
CASA logo that was
provided above the
kids then wrote the
date of the festival
below the kids
It was Valentines Day and we made some cards
to sell in the Student Center of the College.
I took a
picture off the
internet then
colored it in and
put words on there.

A project for the Breast Cancer
walk. I had to work with a
partner to create a design to put
on T-Shirts. The theme of it was
“ Hope runs on Heroes.””I hand drew
of the logos and scanned them onto
the computer. I then colored them
in Adobe Illustrator®

My goal was to create an ad
for a band concert using a
Futurism design style. I created it by typing in “THE PIXELS” and put it
in perspective then copy/paste/reflected and
recolored it so it looks like
it’s a shadow. I then
created lines and put a
guitarist and a singer on
there then typed in
the rest of the text.
