Daylesford District Community Bank ® Branch Community Partnerships Consultation Thursday 5 June 2014 at 7.00pm Venue: Senior Citizens Centre, 76 Vincent St, Daylesford Daylesford District Community Bank ® Branch has given out more than $40,000 to your local community since it began operating just two years ago! We invite U to help us by – contributing your ideas for improving Daylesford and the surrounding district; and suggesting priorities for how the Community Bank ® branch should allocate the money it has available to partner with and benefit your local community. U can also find out what U and others could do to help increase the funds that the Community Bank ® branch has available to benefit your local community. A light supper will be served with tea & coffee. Background information: The Daylesford District Community Bank operated under a franchise agreement with the Bendigo Bank by a public company (known as Daylesford District Community Developments Limited), which is owned by 200 local individuals and entities. A core focus of the Community Bank ® branch franchise is to make funds available to benefit the local community. In two years, Daylesford District Community Bank ® Branch has partnered with community groups and supported local activities and events to the tune of more than $40,000. Our Community Bank ® branch has the potential to increase its community support in the future, but only if more customers bank with us.
