DBC 160

Design with spindle diameter Ø 160 mm (Ø 6.3 inch) structure, the DBC 160 provides excellent cutting performance of large workpiece machining. Linear scales have been adopted as a standard feature of all axes to maintain accuracy.

A high precision encoder is installed at the table center as a standard to realize precise rotation of the B-axis.

DBC 160

Maximum spindle power 45kW and 3 step gear type spindle has been adopted as a standard feature for heavy duty machining. In addition, the DBC 160 spindle has further reinforced rigidity providing improved cutting performance when the W-axis is in protruding position.

Various options

The adoption of a servo motor for tool magazine and carriage drive can provide stable tool change function. The highly-reliable tool magazine can accommodate up to 90 tools as an option.

Following special options, Auto Pallet Change system, and Semi splash guard are available on order to cope with various customer’s needs.
