The DOC ADP is the total inmate population at all facilities; additionally (not depicted), 120 Short Term Sentenced Felons were housed for FBOP and 61 USMS inmates for CCA under their contract with USMS Greenbelt MD for 2015.

The FY 2015 one year re-incarceration rate was 19.2% for all inmates, with
80.8% of those released not returning to incarceration within the year. This is 2%
lower than the FY 2014 rate and 2% higher than the FY 2010 rate. Non-federal
inmates who are re-incarcerated have a significantly higher incidence of mental
illness, but are similar to federal offenders who are re-incarcerated in most other
attributes.
