WHY?

• Membership is going down• Getting harder to promote to officers• Getting harder to find District Deputies• Difficult to run ALL programs needed in

local councils• No energy in councils not recruiting• Dwindling numbers

• Other councils are successful• If we try we will succeed• SMILE• There is help out there

Rally local Knights

• Keep them informed– District– Diocese– State

• Keep positive on activities– Nothing works perfect– Do not give up after one try– Try it a different way

Council Reporting

• Encourage reporting early

• Hold councils accountable for late items

• Pester until you get the form

• Make sure they know of the form before it is due

• ASSUME is not as good as KNOW
