GUIDE LINES FOR STUDENTS TO FILTING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :

Examination Application Form can be filled only through Online Portal from the

followi ng link : student.logisys.n et.inlycm

Student should enter their Reg.no. to login and apply for exam application form.

Click on "Exam Details" tab to get the list of Semesters / Years in which he / she is

appearing or passed.

On selecting the semester, list of subjects will be displayed in which he / she needs

to appear.

On selecting the subjects, the relevant fee is automatically displayed.

After selecting the required semesters and subjects, student need to select the

payment type (Bank) and press "Submit" button.

After Successful submission, a unique application number will be generated.

Student can print the Challan (triplicate) along with application form.

Student should pay the prescribed amount (mentioned in challan) at the SBM bank.

After making the payment at bank, Student should submit the Challan (college copy)

along with application form to the college within the last date

Student should obtain college acknowledgement and retain the same for future

reference.

Student has to use this application number for all correspondence with college.
