Our involvement early on in the process ensures that each opening has been engineered and produced to work with the structure both aesthetically and structurally.

Each of our clients has a De Carlo representetive at their disposal. De Carlo repre-sentatives work with both the dealers and the architects to ensure the the client’s needs are met at every step. From price quoting to delivery and installation a De Carlo representative wiill oversee and manage every step of the process. We un-derstands the value of our clients investment and match that with the passion and integrity we put into every De Carlo product.

Once the client’s needs have been assessed, the Dealer and the rep-resentative will make contact with the project architect or builder. This is an essential step in the De Carlo process to ensure the windows and doors are designed exactly to the clients specifications. All of our products are custom built for each client.

After receiving all the neccasary project documentation the dealer will create an estimate using DeCarloSOFT®. The estimate may then be reviewed by all the appropriate parties and resubmitted with revisions.

All authorized De Carlo dealers are trained and up to date with De Car-lo’s ever growiing product line along with the latest industry standards. The sales staff will discuss a client’s needs and contact a local De Carlo sales representative to assist and ensure the client has every resource at their disposal.

Once the estimate has been accepted by the client, shop drawings will be created. De Carlo has a full engineering staff along with a drafting department to work side by side with the clients design / build team. The process is designed to find the perfect solution for every project, as each is unique and presents its own set of challenges.

Shop drawings will be returned to the client with in 10 business days for review and revision. Upon the final acceptance and sign off of the drawings production will commence. Clients can monitor the process through out by contacting their sales representative. Production will be complete with in seven weeks, and shipped. De Carlo can ship directly to a job site or one of its regional locations for storage until installation.

De Carlo windows and doors are only installed by certified installers. Our installers have gone through an extensive De Carlo training pro-gram at the productions headquarters in Italy.

6.De Carlo products will be certified for all local building code require-ments. Certifications will either be provided in advance, or if additional requirements must be met De Carlo will obtain the necessary certifica-tions for an individual project.
