I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that, taking intoconsideration the excellent friendly relationship that binds the United MexicanStates and the Federated States of Micronesia, the Government of the UnitedMexican States has decided to suppress the requirement of visa to thenationals of the Federated States of Micronesia holding a valid ordinarypassport, who wish to travel into the territory of the United Mexican States, asvisitors without permission for paid activities, for a period not exceeding 180days, from the date of reception of this Note.

The Government of the United Mexican States hopes this willfurther foster the increase in tourism and economic exchange betweenMexico and Micronesia, thereby strengthening the bonds of friendship andcooperation.
