Husqvarna K 3000 Wet.K 3000 Wet enables easy, cost-effective cutting indoors – without dust. It is water efficient, with an integrated controller, which regulates water and provides a constant flow to the blade. The volume of water used is sufficient to bind the dust, without causing excessive slurry.

Husqvarna K 3000 Cut-n-break.Power cutter with the unique Cut-n-Break method, which lets you make deep cuts, up to 400 mm, at an extremely low tooling cost. With the K 3000 Cut-n-Break, we offer new opportunities for deep cutting, especially indoors but outside as well.

Efficient, electric indoor cutting.Effective dust handling system with new

electric water tank.DEX is our newly developed Dust Extinguisher System. The system includes the new water-saving wet cutting kit that halves the water consumption and is standard on all petrol power cutters. As an option there is a regulator that

controls the water vol ume, to ensure a constant flow to the blade. The amount of water is

sufficient to bind the dust without creating an excess of water.

This results in cleaner cutting with less water usage and slurry, compared to a traditional wet cutting system. DEX also includes a mobile battery-powered water tank WT 10, so you don’t have to pump manually.

Husqvarna Smart Pump.The patented new Smart pump self-cleaning system dramatically increases the water pump’s service life. Unlike standard pumps that can easily overheat when buried in slurry, our new Smart pump creates a zone with cleaner water, which inhibits clogging of the pump. This is an optional accessory for use on our tile and masonry saws, TS 400 F, TS 350 E & TS 300 E.

Husqvarna PG 400 SF / PG 280 SF. New, compact floor grinding machines for the surface cleaning and grinding of glue remains, paint, and spackle on large concrete surfaces. The machines are very effective because of the wide range of grinding discs. They come in three different engine sizes, two three-phase engines at 4.0 and 3.0 kW, and a one-phase engine at 2.2 kW.

FLOOR GRINDING & SURFACE PREPARATION Our range of machines and tools for floor grinding is stronger and more comprehensive than ever, with the introduction of Husqvarna PG 280 SF and Husqvarna PG 400 SF, two compact, user-friendly machines. Just like with our other products, our surface preparation machines constitute a unique system when it comes to ease of use, efficiency and economy.

Husqvarna DC 3300. Husqvarna DC 3300 offer excellent performance and power, so it can handle the toughest challenges requiring high suction and good throughput to eliminate airborne dust. The DC 3300 is mobile and versatile and can be used for both wet and dry work.

CORE DRILLING In 2010, our drilling range is one of the most competitive and versatile in the industry. This is thanks to a wide, newly developed range of efficient drill motors and flexible drill stands.

Husqvarna DM 280 .Highly efficient, easy-to-use drilling motor with ergonomic handles. The Husqvarna DM 280 has a power level of 2700 W and a maximum dril-ling diameter of up to 350 mm. The machine’s controls are designed and located for better ergonomics and easier drilling. This machine is sui-table for Husqvarna drill stand DS 450 ATS but can be used on all larger Husqvarna drill stands.

Husqvarna DS 250 ATS.Light and compact unit, with wheels, is easy to transport and install. The two-speed carriage gear box lets you choose crank speed for opti-mal performance, depending on application. Integrated vacuum base for fast and easy set-up, without anchoring.

Husqvarna DS 150 ATS.This light and compact unit is easy to transport and install. Set-up is fast with the integrated vacuum base, with no need for anchoring or clamping. Equipped with guide rollers for stable and accurate drilling as well as cleaner and straighter holes.

Husqvarna Soff Cut MethodOf the problems facing concrete contractors, random cracking is among the most costly and aggravating. Soff-Cut has the unique Early Entry dry-cutting system which controls random cracking by making the cut at an early stage.

The Soff-Cut technology is based on the combination of the Soff-Cut blade and skid plate. The up-cutting rotation of the blade combines with the skid plate, which applies pressure to the surface to prevent chipping and spalling.

X-Torq Technology increases the efficiency of an engine. A buffer of air is created to flush out the burnt gases instead of fuel/air mix, the fuel coming into the engine is instead turned into efficient power.

TheCut-N-Break Method

The Cut-n-Break method allows you to cut in stages through walls up to 400mm thick.

1. Each cut can be up to 65mm deep.

2. As the cutter has twin blades, a core is formed in the saw cut.

3. The core can easily be broken off, using the accompanying breaking tool.

4. When the core has been removed, you can continue cutting until the required depth is reached, max 400mm.

Soff cut colour coded patented diamond blades and skid places are designed and tested to meet all aggregate conditions. Soff-Cut blades are top quality and designed to work specifically with the Soff-Cut system, the only true Ultra Early Entry™ system.

Use Soff-cut joint protectors at saw-cut intersections prior to cross-cutting in order to prevent the corners from breaking down.
