July 23, 2012 Kitty, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how my coac hing with Southwestern Consulting has affected my life and my business. I am in District 09 with Farmers Insurance. And though I am not a stranger to Top Producer awards, my coaching helped me to get back to the basics and get out of a kinda slump. Within a few months of starting coaching, my agency doubled their sales numbers. Now, eight months later, sales are tripl ing and it’s making a big difference! I won the Bronze Level 2011 Farmers Hero Club award via the March of Dimes. I was the top Registered Representative for Farmers Financial Solutions in my District for 2011. I won Agents Choice Award for 2010 and 2011. Another thing that coaching helped with - getting back to watching my numbers, and tracking my stuff. By the middle of July, we are more than 75% on the way to reach our goal of life insurance policies sold for 2012. Dean Chatham
