Born in California, 6/25/1950

Went to High School in Lake Tahoe.

Married Sandy Briggs in Nov. 1968

Went to College at Sacramento State to

play Football and then to Reno - UNR

Graduated with BSME in 1978

Joined ASHRAE and JBA Engineers

Moved to Carson City 1970 and

eventually worked for Nev. Dept of Energy

managing the new ASHRAE 90-75
