From the Pastor’s Office Cont…

The Pentecost Sequence

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;

On our dryness pour your dew;

Wash the stains of guilt away:

Bend the stubborn heart and will. Melt the frozen, warm the chill. Guide the steps that go astray.

On the faithful, who adore And confess you, evermore In Your sev’nfold gift descend;

Give us virtue’s sure reward; Give us your salvation, Lord; Give us joys that never end.

Amen. Alleluia.

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.

O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

In Christ, Fr. Eddie

For many living in Latin America and the

Caribbean, a rising secular culture, rural terrain,

and a shortage of ministers make it difficult for

people to practice the faith. Your donations fund

catechesis, marriage and family life programs,

and seminarian and religious formation so people

can grow closer to Christ. Please prayerfully

consider supporting this collection to share your
