“Smartheart presents Pet Variety 2017” which will be held during December 14-17, 2017, at Hall 3-4,

IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani

This Exhibitor Manual provides useful information to help you to prepare for the exhibition

Please read this manual carefully and follow the procedures and guidance to ensure that your

participation in this event meets your needs and expectations. Importantly, please be reminded to

After finish deliver and pick up the vehicles must leave the area immediately. The exhibitor

can park the vehicle at the provide parking at Outdoor Parking no. 5

Only the exhibitor who wear Exhibitor badge are allow to enter the Exhibition by using the

back door of Hall 3-4

Rules and Regulations

1. Exhibitor Badge and Car Parking Pass

1.1 Exhibitor badges are meant for exhibitors only and can be used during set-up, show day and

teardown period.

1.2 For security reasons, exhibitors’ staff present at the exhibition must wear badges that are issued

by the organizer for identification at all times.

1.3 Exhibitors will receive the exhibitor badge on 13 December 2017 during 10.00 – 16.00 hrs in front

of hall 3-4.

1.4 Contractor badges are required for all contractors working at exhibition and valid only during

construction and dismantling periods.

1.4.1 For security reasons, contractors and workmen must wear their badges at all time while in

the exhibition Hall.

1.4.2 Contractors can use identification cards to exchange for contractor badges at the loading

bay hall 3-4.

1.5 Car parking pass are meant for exhibitors and can be used during set-up, show day and teardown

period at Outdoor Parking 5 and parking there is free of charge. Exhibitor can collect car parking

passes at the loading hall 3-4.

2. Access for the Set-Up and Teardown Period

2.1 All exhibitors have to register and queue up before going to the loading bay at Outdoor Parking 5.

2.2 Exhibitors shall wait for security to call up for driving to the loading bay, following the queue.

2.3 All vehicles can enter the pre-loading area by entrance at Loading IEC and receive their Parking

Ticket as per the time conditions below;

4 Wheel Drive Time limit allocated for refilling 40 minutes

6 Wheel Truck Time limit allocated for refilling 60 minutes

10-18 Wheel Truck Time limit allocated for refilling 90 minutes

Overtime will be charged 200 baht per 1 hr.

When finished with the unloading of goods, the car shall exit at Loading Hall 5 and park at

Outdoor Parking 5 without any charge.

2.4 Exhibitors are not allowed to park at PRE - LOADING area, except upon receiving permission

from organizer.

2.5 For exhibitors refilling goods during show day

- The organizer allows the exhibitor to refill goods at all time.

- Trolley is not allowed to be used during 09.00 - 18.00 hrs.

3. General rules

3.1. Damage to the Exhibition Hall There shall not be damage or alteration to any structure in the

display booth or venue or area of the exhibition hall. If any damages occur to the exhibition

hall, the exhibitor will be responsible for repairing the damages with the consent in writing by

the organizer.

3.2. To announce any message in the exhibition the organizer reserves the right to use the public

address system for relevant/sponsor messages and no personal messages are allowed.

3.3. NO smoking, Smoking inside the exhibition area is strictly prohibited. The smoking area is

permitted only at specified points.

3.4. Force majeure in case of force majeure beyond the rules written in the manual, the final

decision in any cases will be made by the organizer.

3.5. Advertising during the exhibition. The activities of the exhibitor such as advertising, distribution

of document, and giving souvenirs have to be done inside the booth only. Exhibitors are not

allowed to place stickers or promotional pieces outside their booth.

3.6. Opening and closing of the exhibition booth must be done at a specific time only

3.7. Sleeps over inside the exhibition area are PROHIBITED.

Rules and Regulations of Exhibition During Build up and Teardown

1. Rules and Regulations while working in Exhibition Hall

1.1 The exhibitor / contractor must hand in the design of the special booth that has been approved by

the licensed engineer. The special booth must not be higher than 3.5 m. and the design must

be handed to the organizer for approval within 14 Novemmber 2017

1.2 After completing the work each day, the exhibitor must keep the area clean and tidy at all times.

In any case that the area is found to be dirty, the organizer will charge the exhibitor cleaning fee

at an actual rate or the minimum rate at 1,000 Baht

1.3 For the construction waste such as wood, plastic, and other devices, the contractor must take it

for disposal elsewhere and not leave it in any area, inside or outside of the exhibition hall. In any

case that the contractor is found guilty, the contractor must pay the fine of 10,000 Baht

1.4 For the electrical system in the exhibition booths, exhibitor must use the company that has been

assigned by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. only

1.5 The exhibitor must hand in the details of electricity usage inside the exhibition booth within 14

November 2017. And exhibitors must turn off all electrical equipment in the exhibition booth

before leaving the exhibition hall at the end of the day.

1.6 All power supply in exhibition area will be shut down at the end of the exhibition on each day within 30

minutes.

1.7 Requirement of overtime work by contractors must be informed to the organizer at least 8 hours

in advance.

1.8 Exhibitor/ agency/ contractor who work in the exhibition hall must wear the badge at all time.

Otherwise the security staff will not allow to enter the exhibition hall.

1.9 Exhibitor or Contractor who construct in the bare space must pay a deposit guarantee. The deposit

guarantee charge will be at 5,000 baht per 1 booth (9 sq.m.) but not exceeding 50,000 baht / booth.

The deposit guarantee (cashier's cheque) shall be paid to IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,

Ltd. The exhibitor or contractor must submit the deposit guarantee before set-up.

1.10 If there are any damages occuring during the exhibition, the exhibitor must inform the organizer

immediately, and the organizer has the right to determine the date for exhibitor to repair the

damage until the damage is in the perfect condition and satisfactory to the organizer after which

the organizer will issue the document to approve the repairs. If the exhibitior refuses to repair the

damage by themselves, the organizer will be doing the repair and charge the exhibitors at an

actual price of which the payment can be deducted from the deposit guarantee that the exhibitors

have paid earlier.

1.11 In the event that the contractor or worker do not follow the rules and regulations and incur any

damage, the person who is reponsible for them must pay a fine of 10,000 baht or pay for the

repairs until the damage is repaired and the organizer will not return the deposit guarantee

money to the exhibitor.

1.12 The organizer will not be reponsible for any loss or damage of goods or equipment that the

exhibitor keep inside the exhibition hall during the exhibition.

1.13 The exhibitor must follow the instructions of the security as well as requirements and regulations

of the safety that been stipulated by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

1.14 Transfer of the construction equipment must only be through the Cargo Door only. The front door

or fire escape door are not allowed to be used.

1.15 The emergency exits around the exhibition hall are meant for emergency use only. Smoking is

strictly not allowed inside the hall.

1.16 The exhibitor who got the permission from the organizer to work inside the exhibition hall must

sign the contract and follow the rules and regulations as per the contract.

1.17 In any case that the exhibitor would like to use the electricity, plumbing or air pump service, the

exhibitor must only use the service from the company that been assigned by IMPACT Exhibition

Management Co., Ltd.

1.18 The exhibitor must only use food and beverage service, security service, cleaning service,

telephone, facsimile or any communication equipment from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,

Ltd. Special cases will be approved based on case by case basis.

1.19 Exhibitor must be responsible for any damages caused.

1.20 The exhibitor does not have the right to transfer the contract to other person unless the written

authorization by the organizer is gotten.

1.21 The organizer has the right to change the rate of the exhibition booth in case of any changes of

government tax which the organizer must be responsible for.

1.22 If there are any arguments regarding the contract, the organizer has the right to file the case to

the court for final judgement.

2 Prohibition regulation

The following activities are prohibited in the exhibition:

2.1 Contractors are not allowed to store the flammable materials such as thinner and gasoline inside

the exhibition hall

2.2 Do not construct or leave any obstruction outside the specified area, specially at the emergency

exit area or entrance area.

2.3 Do not nail or stick the pointed object to the surfaces, walls or other part of the exhibition hall.

2.4 Do not punch the hole for the anchor on the road, sidewalk, park, unless written permission from

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is gotten.

2.5 Do not use glue, double-side sticky tape or other equipment to stick the poster or other

equipment on the wall or any part of structure of the exhibition hall unless written permission from

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is gotten.

2.6 Do not pull or stretch the wire rope for support or leaning with any part of the exhibition hall

structure.

2.7 No welding or cutting, grinding metal is allowed as these may cause sparks, leading to fire inside

the exhibition hall.

2.8 Do not use the spray-paint or any other paint that contain the mixture of thinner or other flammable

substances inside the exhibition hall.

2.9 Exhibitors are not allowed to install any materials to the floor directly. There must be supporting

materials with prior approval from organizer. In the event when the exhibitor applys special

material on the flooring, they are responsible to ensure the floor is returned in a clean condition.

2.10 Do not smoke, eat, sleep over inside the exhibition hall, except in the provided area only.

2.11 Do not consume alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances inside the exhibition hall area.

2.12 Staffs or contractors are not allowed to leave the specific working area that have been provided

without permission or enter any part of the building apart from the assigned area.

2.13 Do not carry weapons or any other sharp objects that are not part of the exhibition into the

exhibition hall.

2.14 Do not cause any violence or any other illegal actions inside the exhibition.

2.15 For security purposes, photography of the exhibition hall/building is not permitted.

2.16 Do not use the front entrance of the exhibition hall for the movement of cargo.

2.17 Do not allow vehicle or any kind of machinery of which the exhaust is not standard or cause air

pollution (smoke, oil drops) inside the exhibition hall.

2.18 Do not use cart or mechanical devices to drag across the granite, marble, glazed tiles or similar

material.

2.19 Do not sleep overnight in the exhibition area.

2.20 Do not urinate or leave any waste onto the floor, wall or any other area of the exhibition halll

other than the restrooms.

2.21 Do not use the standard power (from the wall outlet) to supply the power for the construction. The

contractor must order the circuit breaker to supply the power for construction.

2.22 Do not wash/rinse the container or any kind of other technical equipment in the bathroom sink, if

found guilty, the exhibitor/ contractor must pay the fine at the minimum of 1,000 baht according to

point 1.2

2.23 Do not bring explosive materials, radioactive materials or other hazardous materials into the

exhibition area.

2.24 Do not bring any flammable gas or any other gas into the area unless with the permission from

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

2.25 Vehilcle or item that are over the weight allowance are not allowed in the exhibition area, unless

the weight is distributed by using the 15 mm. thick metal sheet and need to be under the

instruction of the assigned engineer by IMAPCT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. However, the

exhibitor will be doing the removal and installation of the meterial mentioned above based on the

procedures of the IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

** Hall 1 - 8 Floor load capacity is not over than 2,000 kilograms/square meters

2.26 Do not install advertising or sponsorship material outside your booth, inside or outside the

exhibition hall.

2.27 Do not install or add more decoration by putting flags into the ground, road or canals

2.28 Do not display food or bring pets into the LOBBY Area of Hall 1-8 and 10, Concourse (in front of

Hall 9) and LOBBY Area of challenger 1-3

2.29 No pets are allowed in the exhibition hall unless prior written permission is obtained from the

organizer. In the event of a pet exhibition, the pet owner must have the examination certificate

from a veterinarian or Department of livestock Department that the animals are safe from

infection disease and safe to be transferred.

2.30 Activities or parking are not allowed in the emergency exit area in order to secure the lives and

property of the visitors. As well as to in case of emergency such as fire or other emergency, to

allow the fire trucks, ambulances and other emergency vehicles to reach the inner space of the

exhibition hall, according to the ordinance on the permises.

2.31 Do not construct any thing that will be an obstruction to the entrance and exit of the store.

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. has set the length limit both inside and outside, must

be at least 4.00 m. and the wall must not obscure the view.

2.32 Do not bring in any machine which is too heavy for the floor capability. Exhibitors should follow

the relocation procedure given by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.

2.33 Do not bring Food & Beverage from other providers unless permission from IMPACT Exhibition

Management Co., Ltd. is gotten. If found guilty, the exhibitor must pay for the fine at 50,000 baht

per 1 booth (9 sq.m.) per day.

2.34 Do not use other security service, cleaning service or contractor that are not permitted by

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. in written form.

3. IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any person including the

exhibitor, agents, employees, contractor, invitees, visitor, sponsor from entering the exhibition or

conference if that person behaves inappropriately. IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. reserves

the right to expel the person/company from the event immediately.

If the exhibitors / contractors fails to comply with any rules and regulations, the organizer shall notify

the exhibitor by written notification in order to take the corrective action. The organizer reserves the

right to suspend power supply to the exhibitor’s booth or take further action as appropriate.

RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES

The organizer has officially appointed A PLUS UTILITY MANGEMENT to take a full responsible for these following services.

1. Standard electricity supply

1.1 There are two main power supply circuits : "Lighting Power Circuit" and "For Exhibit Power Circuit."

1.2 The standard supply is a single phase AC 220V, 50Hz with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. For the safety of

your equipment, please use a stabilizer.

1.3 Other requirements such as single phase 110V, 50Hz or three phase 220V, 50Hz can be specially arranged

up on request, please contact our representatives .

1.4 All electrical motors must have independent automatic protection against excessive current surge. The Following

starter systems should therefore be used :

1.4.1 Direct on line : for up to 5 Hp motor

1.4.2 Star delta : for 5 to 25 Hp motor

1.4.3 Auto transformer : for above 25 Hp motor

1.5 Exhibitors must be order electricity supply from A Plus Utility Management Co.,Ltd Only. Do not bring any electrical generator

into the exhibition hall without permission.

** Please noted that the Exhibitors or Contractor who require the electricity, please order the circuit breaker size which is bigger

than 20 % at least for safety factor of safety standard and avoid the accidents from using full power.

2. Standard shell scheme booth electricity

2.1 The electrical system provided by the organizer in a 3.00 x 3.00 m standard shell scheme booth comprises of 2 (two)

sets of 40 W fluorescent lamps and 1 (one) 5 Amp socket point with all electrical consumption charges included.

2.2 The Electrical Services Order Form is divided into 4 sections

Section A : for exhibitors who need electrical services for their exhibits only .

Section B : for exhibitors who require individual light fittings

Section C, D : for exhibitors using their own special light fittings, either installed by themselves or by A PLUS

UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd.

2.3 Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered through the Electrical Services Order Form with locations for

installation specified. Please read the terms.

2.4 It is mandatory for those exhibitors who have been authorized to use their own special lighting to order electrical

sources using Section C or D on the Electrical Order Form.

2.5 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of

A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or

other exhibitors.

2.6 Power supplies to the exhibits will be switched off at source 30 minutes after the exhibition closes every evening

and 60 minutes after closing on the final day of the exhibition. Exhibitors who require 24 hours electricity supply to

their specific requirements should apply accordingly to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd.

before the deadline.

2.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found

would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.

3. Special design booth or raw space electricity

3.1 Exhibitors who apply for "Space Only" to build up special designed stands must submit their electrical order together

with their layout plan before the deadline.

3.2 General Hall lighting will be provided by organizer. All power supplies within the booths as well as for demonstrations

can be installed by your own electrical contractors upon the organizer's approval. Exhibitors should complete and

RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES

The organizer reserves the right to stop power supply in case of improper connections.

3.3 The contractors appointed by exhibitors must submit details of electrical installations, layout and specifications to the

organizer within the deadline indicated on the Order Form. The following requirement must be stated, otherwise, the

application may not be considered.

3.3.1 Company name of the contractor.

3.3.2 Names and identification card / passport number of the attending electrical personnel.

3.3.3 Specification and rating in watts per unit of the light fitting.

3.3.4 Layout drawings made by the contractor.

3.3.5 Completed Electrical Order Form

3.4 Approved electricians can collect their personal badges / working permits from the organizer's show manager

office in the exhibition hall by providing their own identification cards in exchange.

3.5 All proper power input terminals must be installed by the approved contractor for inspection by A PLUS UTILITY

MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. prior to connection to the supply line.

3.6 Priority will be given to those exhibitors who order their electrical from A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd.

3.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found

would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.

3.8 No flashing lights will be permitted unless they from an integral part.

3.9 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of

A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.

3.10 All electrical installations must conform strictly to the required standard safety regulations without exception.

4. Electrical Rules and Regulations - continued

4.1 For internal cable wiring, must use the suitable standard cable and must wiring the ground system in every point.

If the non-standard cable and risky connecting were found, we have the right to cut off the power till exhibitors or

1. Customer must pay deposit installment of 4000 THB. In case of line relocation after it has been installed, the charge will be applied

amount 1500 THB per line.

2. The above service rates is included the phone usage in Bangkok and Metropolitan area. (Area Code 02), excluding long -distance

call, Mobile call, and international call. All exempts calls is charged on actual usage, plus VAT7% and Service Charge 10%.

3. Telephone service is inclusive of One telephone line and One telephone headset.

4. IMPACT is not allow to use or distribute of "Bring Your Own" Telephone or Telephone Access Point in the exhibition area.

5. The fee must be paid within agreed date, otherwise the telephone service will be cancelled.

6. Any cancellation of agreement must be made in written within 7 days prior to the service installation date. If late notifi cation, 30% of

service fee will be refunded. And no refund, if cancellation during the exhibition days.

7. Telephone will be installed at the booth on the last day of installation. And will test the systems on 3.00pm on the same day unless

agreement stated otherwise.

1. Internet service will provide modem router and 1 Patch Cable Cat5e 3 Metres lenght.

2. For Wifi stability, Impact does not allow to adjust/config/distribute 'Wifi' signal or create own Wifi signal on Impact premises.

Penalty for misuse is 50,000 baht (fifty thousand baht) per day or turn off the signal.

3. Impact usually takes care to LAN/modem/router equipment provided if any; please inform IT to keep monitoring service.

4. Customer is responsible for electrical installment and electricity (excluded from this service fee), including, damages or loss

of service provider’s property.

5. In case of internet cable relocation after first installation completed, Customer will be charged the relocation cost of 1,500

baht per time per line.

6. Internet will be available on the last day of installation, and system will be tested on 15.00pm on the same day unless

agreement stated otherwise.

break, overtime charge applicable after 8 hours the labor additional will be1.5 (not exceeding 2 hours)

70sqm.= 4 Staffs or more staffs recommended upon the booth decoration and space enlargement, on-site order service may

not be provided.

3. Scope of work: Floor cleaning with vacuum, sweep, scrub and empty all wastes paper bins and booth cleaning service does

not cover removal of oil spillage, paints and other liquids deposited on the floor, walls and other surfaces of any kind.

4. For exhibitor, if need tax invoice, please enclose the name of your company and address according to Por Por 20 (VAT
