ROOM HIRE & DECORATIONHire and set up of function room with the best views on the Sunshine Coast as

well as table cloths, linen serviettes, crockery and cutlery are included in all

packages

For room decorations we work with Splash Events and Cloud 9 weddings, the

leading Sunshine Coast Wedding & Event Decorating companies specialising in

design and decoration for weddings. Their team of experienced event stylists will

provide expert vision in creating a stylish and professional setting for your special

day. Along with the Coolum Beach Surf Club, they will ensure your wedding is a

memorable success.

BOOKING & DEPOSITTentative bookings can be held for up to 14 days.

To confirm your booking a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required. If the

deposit is not received by the end of the two weeks then the booking will be

released.

An additional non refundable $800 deposit is required within 1 month of initial

deposit.

Final payment along with guest numbers is required 2 weeks before the wedding

date.
