    1 cup water2 squares unsweetened chocolate cup sugar3 cups milk1 teaspoon vanilla

    In medium saucepan over low heat, cook waterand chocolate until chocolate is completelymelted and mixture is well blended, stirringconstantly with whisk. Add sugar; mix well.Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for

    In small saucepan, pour boiling water over tea bag.Cover and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove

    tea bag. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Cook and stirover medium heat just until mixture comesto a boil. Stir in milk, vanilla, and nutmeg; heatthoroughly. Do not boil. Pour into cups. Top withwhipped topping.

    In medium microwavable bowl, microwave

    Heat milk in double boiler over medium-lowheat. Sift cocoa powder and our together

    in a bowl. Add enough hot milk until a pasteis formed.     Heat cream in saucepan over low heat until it juststarts to boil. Place chocolate in a medium mixingbowl and pour hot cream over it. Reserve. Pourmilk into saucepan and return to low heat. While

    milk heats, beat together remaining ingredientsthoroughly. When milk begins to steam, shut off

    heat. Ladle one scoop of the hot milk into eggmixture. Whisk remaining milk, and slowly pour

    the egg/milk mixture into the rest of the milk.Whisk continuously on low heat for 20 minutes

    until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Pour overchocolate/cream mixture, stir together well, andchill thoroughly.
