Foreword from the Managing Director

Well its that time again everyone…yes, the count down to Christmas is on!

What a whirl-wind 2006 has been, from opening the new floor in Brisbane, to our very own Olivia Sayers’ proving herself in the International Swimming arena.

It’s been a busy year for both CEO staff and our many clients.

CEO has reported extremely strong occupancy rates across all of its centres and we expect 2007 to be an even bigger year.

With many new projects set to open, all the CEO staff will be busily preparing for the hectic year ahead.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you our clients for another wonderful year, without your support and commitment CEO would simply be a pipe-dream.

From all at CEO, we wish you and your families a very safe and happy festive season.

Jenny

Every year CEO rewards its employees for their all of their hard work and dedication with a Christmas party - this year’s venue was the Middle Brighton Baths.

The Directors Jenny Folley & Michael Sayers congratulated the staff on another successful year at CEO and praised them for their continued dedication and support.

Jenny kick started the official proceedings by presenting everyone with a certificate of appreciation and a gift voucher for Chadstone Shopping Centre. In the first ever CEO awards ceremony, both staff and directors had voted for those they thought had performed the best during 2006.

Olivia Sayers of Normanby Chambers and Heidi Webb of the TOK Corporate Centre took home the most improved staff member award, while Chirag Shah (pictured above) proudly accepted the Administrator of the Year award.

IBM get’s a faceliftMelbourne’s IBM centre will undergo a complete refurbishment including new PABX phone system, a fresh look for the reception, corridors and common areas.

Offices will eventually undergo refurbishment. Scheduling will limit the disruption to IBM clients.

Starting in January 2007, the refurbishment is expected to be completed by the end of May. Making way for a newer, fresher centre.
