Dear Santa, December 2010

My name is __________________________ and I live in Apartment #______. I have

been a good girl boy (circle) this year. I hope everything is great at the

North Pole. How are your reindeer? I bet Mrs. Claus is really busy making

your suit for this Christmas. I have been really busy with _________________

_______________________________________________________________________________.

I wanted you to know how good I have been all year. The best thing I did

for my family was _____________________________________________________. I also

learned ___________________________________________________ at school and I am

really proud that I __________________________________________________________.

Santa, this year, I would really like you to bring me: _________________________

________________________________________________________________________________

________________________________________________________________________________.

I also wanted you to know __________________________________________________

_______________________. And, I think you’re great! Thanks, Santa! I love you!

Problem with power outlets? Please check your GFI outlets and circuit breaker before calling in a work order. They may need to be reset.

Inspect holiday decorations and replace any worn or damaged wiring. Do not overload your outlets using extension cords or a multi-plug adapter. Use a power strip with a surge protector. Disconnect lights at bedtime or when they will be unattended. Avoid the use of real candles. If you must burn candles, keep them away

from flammable items. Never use candles as decorations for your Christmas tree. Never leave burning items or stove top unattended.

Do not climb on roof or attach holiday lights to roof. You cannot put holes into the building.

Choose a freshly cut tree as dried trees are a fire hazard!

Cut a few inches off trunk before placing it in the stand.

Keep the tree away from any heat source or sparks.

Check the water level daily.

Once the tree dries out, dispose of it in the dumpster at the Clubhouse parking lot.

Remember that the “greenest” tree is a faux or plastic tree. They look great and are reusable every year so that’s great on the environment! And, speaking of green….
