Abudawood Highlights

Having a strong belief in the power of sustaining a positive culture, its direct impact on organizationalproductivity as well as in shaping up our society as a whole, we make consistent and conscious effortsto ensure that our values are embedded in the way we conduct our business and our culture remainsintact in the process.

To pursue awareness and inculcate this ideology within the organization, HR organized sessions byNael Ahmed, General Manager. The first session was conducted at Multan followed by Lahore,Islamabad and Karachi where all supervisory and above level staff of respective districts were invited.

During these sessions, employees across the regions were provided with open communication forumwith an aim to highlight/discuss areas of improvement in the system. Queries were made pertaining todifferent departments; few of which were addressed there and then. An action plan along withtimelines is to be agreed by the Lead Team on the remaining queries.

What actions have you taken already? Since there is lot of new development in food

division, my team and I are visiting different type of customers on a daily basis. The query raised by the customers should be resolved in a way that the customer gets satisfied. Thus the workshop learnings are applied. The same learnings were disseminated down the line and the SRs are being trained on the same.
