Contains a blend of caustic and other alkalis, non-foaming detergents and emulsifiers. Benefits: • Contains only biodegradable detergents and emulsifiers; no phosphates • Caustic, aggressive action removes tough soil • Low-foaming formulation Directions for Use: Note: Do not use on zinc, aluminum or galvanized metals. Transfer shortening from fryer to proper container for disposal. Caution: Do not allow product or mixed solution to contact skin. Wear the proper protective equipment (see label warnings and MSDS for recommendations) when mixing solutions or cleaning with Deep Fryer Cleaner. Fill fryer with a solution containing 1/4 pound of Deep Fryer Cleaner per gallon of water (1/2 cup per gallon). Boil for 10 to 15 minutes. On units equipped with a grease pump, circulate cleaning solution through pump. Drain solution. Scrub any remaining soils using a nylon pad or soft fiber brush. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with hot water.
