CHRISTMAS IS COMING!Are you hosting visiting family over Christmas week this year? Are they musically gifted? This year’s “Homecoming Christmas” program is planned for December 20th and we wish to involve as many family groups as possible. If a visiting family member would like to participate, please call Pastor Matthew at (304) 250-3786.

Also: Children of all ages interested in singing should plan to join Miss Mary up front after the service for a 20 minute rehearsal.

BOOKS AND KOOL-AID™J.A.G. is collecting your used paperback books for Kevin Traube's jail ministry, as well as containers of lemonade and Kool-Aid™ for Carpenter’s Corner.  Please see your favorite first through sixth grader to help us with this collection anytime from now through November.

THANKSGIVING CELEBRATIONJoin us on Sunday, November 22nd for our annual Thanksgiving Service and Family Dinner. This year we will be joined by Alice Lloyd College for a time of praise and worship. Following the service everyone is invited to stay for a delicious meal downstairs in Friendship Hall. The church will provide the meat, drinks, and bread. Please plan to stay and don’t forget to bring a side dish and a dessert to share.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD DEADLINENext Sunday, November 15th is our deadline for returning shoeboxes. Visit the OCC table in the foyer this morning for supplies, instructions and ideas on how to pack boxes that can change the lives of needy children all around the world. Before you band up your box, please remember to include $7 for shipping.

WELCOME GUEST SPEAKERSAllen Whitt is our guest speaker this morning. Allen is President of The Family Policy Council of West Virginia which is the Mountain State’s leading conservative policy group championing social issues. They positively influence state laws, state lawmakers and state elections to defend the constitutional right of religious freedom for our families and churches.

Also this morning, Ken & Sandy Bowyer, our missionaries with C.O.S.E.C.H.A. Ministries will give an update on their ministry in Mexico. During the Foyer LifeGroup this evening at 6:00PM, they will share their testimonies and answer your questions about their ministry.
