II. Estadística Descriptiva
• Existen tres clases de promedios.
Media. Promedio que se obtiene al dividir al dividir la suma de n número entre n:
Mediana. Es el número que se encuentra a la mitad de n números que son ordenados en un arreglo del más grande al más pequeño o del más pequeño al más grande.
Moda. Número que aparece con mayor frecuencia en un conjunto de datos.
Media, mediana y moda también son conocidas como mediciones de tendencia central.

II. Estadística Descriptiva
• Intervalo. Distancia del número más pequeño al más grande. El conjunto de números debe está organizado en un arreglo.
• La varianza de un conjunto de números es una medida de la dispersión de los números alrededor de la media. Por lo tanto, es una medida de la variación en un conjunto de números.

II. Estadística Descriptiva
• Desviación estándar. Se obtiene al tomar la raíz cuadrada de la varianza.
• Las tablas de frecuencia ayudan a visualizar la distribución de una gran cantidad de números. Desafortunadamente no existe una fórmula para construir una tabla de frecuencia.
