중 1때부터 테니스가 너무 재밌어서 지금까지 꾸준히 쳐온 대학생입니다. 이 슬라이드에 테니스를 시작하시는 분들과 꾸준히 즐겨 치시는 분들을 위해 여태 제가 모아온 팁들을 몇자 적어보았습니다. 훑어 보시고 도움을 찾으셨으면 하는 바램입니다. 항상 테니스에 관심을 가져주어 감사합니다.

1. Hip out and down2. Racket up3. Look at the ball*4. Lower your center of mass

Forehand - 움직이기

1. Split Step at the moment opponent is making contact with the ball.2. Move toward the ball in rhythm.3. Stabilize your body to hit the ball.

1. Move racket back2. Swing the racket3. Put power from abs and rotation, control from arms and wrist.4. FOLLOW THROUGH* (upward, parabollic)5. watch where it lands.

0. Run to the ball.1. Anchor your back foot firmly onto ground. and lower your center of mass.2. Bring the racket back*3. Swing like a kangaroo punching4. Put some spin using Wrist snap at the end

Tips:1. Pivot your body2. Hit longer,higher shots than usual, put higher spin*3. Use your body like a spring**

*higher projectile := better landing** push down more := use Normal Force

Tips:Use left hand as a pointer*Don’t fear the mistake. Just hit like a serveRhythmic counting (one, two, three) in mind
