Welcome to DeGray Lake Resort State Park
Our staff of catering, culinary, and event experts are at your service to help you plan the wedding of your dreams, with memories to last a lifetime. We provide a wide variety of quality services to meet your needs. Our wedding packet includes planning information that will be helpful in making your arrangements. We can customize your event to meet your needs and encourage you to call for an appointment, where we may give you a tour and introduce you to DeGray Lake Resort State Park.

To ensure a successful event, please contact us as soon as you begin planning. We request that you provide us with the following information, even if you are estimating:
Guarantees . . .
The attendance count for your event must be finalized seven calendar days in advance. If attendance falls below the final guarantee, the charge will be for the guaranteed amount. DeGray Resort Lodge also requires signed copies of a function contract, meeting and banquet policy, and deposit to secure the space for your particular event. We guarantee that our staff will remain in contact with you through every planning step and assist with any last minute details or questions.

DeGray Lake Resort State Park is Arkansas’s premier resort state park, nestled among the tall pines in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains on the shore of 13,800-acre DeGray Lake. DeGray Lake is one of Arkan-sas’s renowned “Diamond Lakes” known for their clear water. DeGray Resort Lodge is ideal for weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners. The setting is lovely and our ac-commodations are perfect for families with a large en-tourage of out-of-town guests. Lodge amenities include 94 rooms, event rooms for 10-300 persons, a full-service restaurant, on-premise catering, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center, as well as free hi-speed and Wi-Fi internet access all surrounded by the beauty and splendor of the state park.

S In addition to amenities offered at the island resort, your guests can enjoy a round of golf on
the beautiful DeGray Lake Resort State Park Golf Course, hike one of the park trails, or cruise the lake in a rental from the full-service marina. DeGray Day Spa is located on premises and offers a full range of spa services. Open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm, please contact the spa at (501) 865-5850 Ext. 2121 or (501) 520-9256 to make arrangements. Services are by appointment only. Location: Take Highway 7 north from I-30 (exit 78) just 6 miles; OR, take Scenic Highway 7 south from Hot Springs approximately 21 miles to the park entrance. Venue Options
Lakeside Lawn A favorite spot for spring and summer weddings, the Lakeside Lawn (approx.165 ft. by 60 ft.) is the ideal location for an outdoor ceremony with the splendor of DeGray Lake and it’s islands as a back-drop.
Lodge DeGray Lodge offers an event center overlooking the lake that can accommodate up to 300 individuals. The center consists of several rooms that may be utilized individually or combined to provide maximum space. We have enclosed a map of the event center for your convenience.
DeGray Lake Resort State Park offers a number of options ideal for weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners. Each space can be tailored to suit the individual needs of your event and rented separately or together. Our sales team will work closely with you to determine the perfect venue for your special day.
Golf Course Another intriguing location for a reception or rehearsal dinner is the Pro Shop Patio overlooking DeGray’s beautiful golf course. The patio has seating for 100 guests and is available until 10:00 p.m. the day of your event.

The cost of tables and chairs, as well as basic table linens, within the convention center is in-
cluded in the rental price of the space. Plates, cutlery, serving pieces and regular drinking glasses
are included in your catering charges. There are no additional charges for these items unless you
require beer and wine glasses. Please refer to the current catering menu for rates on these items.

Our policy is all food, beverage and snack items served in the resort and meeting rooms must be provided by the resort. We do not allow food, beverages, snacks or other catered items to be brought into the resort. Items such as wedding cakes, alcohol or bags of hard candy, can be purchased and brought in; however, these items must be agreed upon in writing by both parties in advance. Specialty items such as chocolate covered strawberries or a chocolate fountain may also be approved. Please discuss all reception plans with the sales department in detail. Failure to comply with lodge meeting and banquet policies will result in an additional $400.00 catering charge to be added to the group’s final bill. The resort is located in a “dry” county. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in public areas at the resort, including the lobby, restaurant, hallways, swimming pool and grounds area. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in guestrooms and reserved meeting or banquet rooms only. Bar set-up options are available to you through resort catering. All food and beverage prices quoted are subject to current sales tax and service charges. Function details and menu selections are required 30-45 days prior to your event and a guaranteed head count is required 7 days in advance. If attendance falls below the final guar-antee, the charge will be for the guaranteed amount. The resort does not permit fixing of any materials to walls, floors, ceilings, tables or chairs without permission from management. Groups are not allowed to bring in fog machines, confetti, glitter, popcorn, crepe paper, bubbles, silly string or sequins. Please refer to the Meeting and Banquet Policy statement for a more detailed list of lodge regulations. All bridal parties are required to sign a copy of the statement.

However, we are unable to provide recommenda-tions according to any particular religious affiliation.
