12th March – 7th May = 8 Weeks The summer term commences on 27th April after the Easter vacation, there is one week and three days before final submission on 7th May. In total from 12th March there are 8 weeks until submission are due:

I have consulted the module brief , making note of requirements, submission dates and deliverable formats to compose a working schedule for completion of all work.

I have made a detailed project plan based on the module brief and posted this, together with weekly evaluation and assessment logs on my learning journal.

Plan of action for Show Build.

27th April – 7th May = 1 Week 2 days 1. Clarity for show display- designed plinth display, photographs of potential display areas, drawn schematic plan. 2. Consult in- house representation concerning the health and safety

aspects of the display. 3. Researched and designed display and curation. 4. Materials ordered and delivered 5. Making of display is progressing 6. Have contacted and had one meeting with “Buddies”. 7. Ensure public liability insurance is in order. As I can foresee at present there is a short but important list of tasks which I will need assistance with from my “Buddies”

Information for Buddies: Learning Journal •Finishing any painting and cosmetic work for the display •Positioning the plinths in allocated exhibition space •Curating the body of work.

Monday 27th April Show Build Commences: Work with Buddies to commence installing presentation.

Monday 10:00 in studio: Meeting with Paul, Adam and Liz. AGENDA: 1. Discuss outstanding tasks, i.e. filling woodwork, painting, and

positioning of plinths. 2. Explain creative strategies of the work and intentions for the

curation of the work. Discuss ideas and input from Buddies. 3. Arrange with Buddies convenient times when they are available, create a timetable of work between us all. 4. Key dates: Degree show opens to public 10:00Hrs. Wednesday 27th May. All building of show to be completed by Tuesday 26th May16:00Hrs
