For the purposes of the present section, a person shall be considered to be carrying monetary instruments, if, inter alia, they are in the physical possession of such person or in a private vehicle or other conveyance being utilized by such person. Every person sending from Republic Kosova to a place outside Kosovo, or receiving in Kosovo from a place outside Kosovo, via post or commercial courier, monetary instruments of a value in excess of €10,000, shall declare the amount of the monetary instruments and the source of such monetary instruments in writing, in a format to be prescribed by the Director General of the Kosova Customs, to an authorized customs officer, and, if so requested by the officer, shall present the monetary instruments. Every person entering or leaving Republic Kosova and carrying monetary instruments of a value in excess of €10,000 shall declare the amount of the monetary instruments and the source of such monetary instruments in writing to an authorized customs officer, and, if so requested by the officer, shall present the monetary instruments.

DEKLARACIJA NOVCA
Svako lice koje ulaze ili izlaze s Republike Kosova i koje sa sobom nosi monetarna sredstva u vrednosti više od 10.000 Evra, dužan je da prijavi na pisanoj formi iznos monetarnih sredstava i njihovo poreklo ispred ovlaščenog službenika Carine Kosova i, ukoliko se to traži od službenika, on je dužan da prijavi ta monetarna sredstva.
Po ovom članu, smatra da je lice nosi finansijskih sredstava, pored ostalog, ako one su u fizičkom vlasništvo lice ili u privatno vozilo, ili u drugom prevoznom sredstvo koja se koristi od tog lica.
Svako lice koje s Republike Kosova šalje na jedno mesto van Kosova ili koje uzima od jednog drugog zemlja i šalje na Kosovu monetarna sredstva, preko pošte ili poltparola u vrednosti više od 10.000 Evra, dužan je da prijavi na pisanoj formi iznos monetarnih sredstava i njohovo poreklo na jedan način koju propisuje generalni direktor Carine Kosova ispred ovlaščenog službenika Carine i, ukoliko to zahteva službenik, on treba da prijavi monetarna sredstva.
Lice može da obavlja svoj zadatak u vezi prijavljivanja prema ovom stavu, preko javljanja o sadržini pakete u carinskoj deklaraciji ili u međunarodnoj dokumentaciji bagaža.

Secili person i cili hyn ose del nga Republika e Kosovës dhe i cili bart mjete monetare në një vlerë që tejkalon 10.000 euro duhet të paraqesë me shkrim shumën e mjeteve monetare dhe burimin e tyre para oficerit të doganës dhe nëse kjo kërkohet nga doganieri ai duhet të paraqes mjetet e tilla monetare.
Sipas këtij neni, konsiderohet se personi bart mjete financiare nëse, midis të tjerash, ato janë në posedim fizik të personit të tillë apo në automjetin privat ose në ndonjë mjet transporti tjetër që shfrytëzohet nga personi i tillë.
Secili person i cili nga Republika e Kosovës dërgon në një vend jashtë Kosovës ose i cili i merr nga një vend tjetër dhe i dërgon në Kosovë mjete monetare, përmes postës ose zëdhënësit, komercial në një vlerë e cila tejkalon 10.000 euro duhet të deklarojë me shkrim shumën e mjeteve monetare dhe burimin e tyr në një formë e cila duhet të përcaktohet nga drejtori i përgjithshëm i i Doganës së Kosovës para nëpunësit të autorizuar të doganës dhe, nëse këtë e kërkon nëpunësi, ai duhet t’i paraqesë mjetet monetare
Personi mund të plotësojë detyrën e tij lidhur me raportimin sipas këtij paragrafi me anë të njoftimit të përmbajtjes së pakos në deklaratën doganore ose në dokumentacionin ndërkombëtar të bagazhit.
