Demosphere – Participant Registration Steps-Screenshots
Intro Registration in Demosphere involves a first step of creating a ‘Household’ and account, followed by
registering the initial household person or adding additional household members (children).
Household members can register for ‘Seasons’, with each season containing multiple ‘Programs’ that
you can select during registration. Note that available ‘Programs’ will be limited to those for which you
are eligible, based on age or program type.
At a certain point of registering for any ‘Season-Program’ you will be given the opportunity to register
another household member before proceeding to the final registration/payment steps.
Sign In If you have already
registered in
Demosphere, accessing
the site again will
requires you to login
with the User ID/Email
and Password that you
entered when first
registering/setting up a
Household.
Once you have account, you will be presented with your personal ‘Dashboard’.
For most members, your options
will be limited to managing your
personal profile.
This screen also contains a link the
‘Begin Public Registration Process’,
and this is where you proceed with
the multiple steps required to
complete a registration.
As you go through each step there
are ‘navigation’ buttons that allow
you go ‘back/Edit’ (step backward
to prior steps) or ‘Save and
Continue’ (go forward to the next
step)
Registration Steps The remainder of this document walks you through the multiple steps of registering.
Step 1.1 – Household Information
Step 2.1 – Identify Participant You can either select a current household member or ‘Create New Member’ here. In most cases you
would have created yourself, the parent, as the only household member, and you would choose ‘Create
New Member’ here. But for people registering as an Adult/yourself, you would simply choose yourself
and proceed to next step.
If you choose to create a new member you will be required to enter the mininimum required
information before proceeding.
Step 2.2 – Select Season This is the step where you will end up choosing the ‘Season’ and ‘Program’ that you are registering for.
For Soccer, you should choose ‘Highland FC – Summer 2019’.
Once you choose this available ‘Programs’ for the season are listed for your selection, along with a
general message about the registration. You may be given only one option here based on age
restrictions.
Step 2.3 – Additional Information Any additional information required is to be entered here.
Step 2.4 – Volunteer Options If you want to volunteer in the Club, you can make that choice here and follow instructions/selections
presented to you.
If you do not want to volunteer, choose that option and continue.
Step 2.5 – Review Registration This step presents you with a summary of registration information to this point. If all looks correct
simply continue to the next step. Otherwise use ‘Back/Edit’ to make any corrections/changes.
Step 2.5 – Seasonal Waiver Any applicable waivers will be shown here and you need to ‘agree’ to these (checkbox) in order to
continue to the next step.
** This completes the ‘registration’ steps for a single person. The next steps involve an option register
another person or proceed with the PAYMENT options – you’re almost there!
Step 3.1 – Register Another If you have more than one child that you are registering, this is where you make that choice, otherwise
proceed to the next step.
Step 4.1 – Donation Options NOTE: we have not discovered how to skip this step, so do as you choose here! Of course, donations are
always welcome!!
Step 5.1 – Review Order This step provides a final review of all your choices – player registration, and volunteer or donation
options. It also shows total fees/payment due.
If all is correct proceed to checkout (‘payment’ steps).
Step 5.2 – Make Payment This is where you choose your method of payment. We accept major credit cards for immediate online
payments as part of the registration process. If paying this way, choose the applicable Credit Card and
‘Submit Order’
Our PREFERRED option is to choose CASH and pay us either by Interac Email Transfer OR by paying at
the Stellarton Complex Office using our Interac Debit machine or by leaving a cheque or cash with the
Office staff. If paying this way, choose the ‘Cash’ and ‘Submit Order’
If you have chosen to ‘pay now’ you will be redirected to a secure payment site. Follow instructions to
enter payment details and pay.
If you chose to pay ‘Cash’, you will be returned to your ‘Dashboard’, and you will receive an email
confirming the registration.
RESULTS From your dashboard you can use the ‘My Household Information’ tab to see any registration
orders/data:
