About Your Instructor:Cindy Charlier, DVM, DAVDC, FAVDDr. Charlier graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. She practiced veterinary medicine for 19 years while completing a dental residency program and credentialing process for the American Veterinary

Dental College (AVDC) in 2001. She earned her AVDC and Academy of Veterinary Dentistry certifi cations in 2002. Dr. Charlier opened Fox Valley Veterinary Dentistry and Surgery to meet the oral healthcare needs of the Chicago and Northern Illinois pet population. In 2006, she created VDENT Seminars (Veterinary Dental Education and Training) to educate veterinary professionals about pet oral healthcare and she continues to lecture throughout the U.S.
