Regular Dental Cleaning

Gentle removal of plaque, stain and tartar/calculus.In most cases preventative dental cleaning is recommended every 6 months.

Deep Cleaning/Scaling and Root Planing

Gentle removal of tartar/calculus, plaque from underneath the gums. Usually completed under local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide.

Nitrous Oxide

Nitrous oxide commonly called "laughing gas" relieves pain and anxiety during dental cleaning. The only form of sedation where you may be able to drive yourself home after the procedure.

Tooth Desensitizer

Desensitizing agent helps block off the dentinal tubules, so that the nerves don't get stimulated. Things that can cause sensitivity: tooth brush abrasion, acid erosion, gum recession, tooth bleaching. Works great for sensitivity to cold drinks, food and air.

5% Fluoride Varnish

Fluoride is a mineral that helps protect your teeth against cavities. It strengthens the tooth enamel making it difficult for bacteria to penetrate it.

Sealant

Thin coating applied to the deep grooves/pits and fissures of teeth to help protect against cavities. 75% of cavities begin in these deep grooves.
