Unauthorized dumping on a farm or ranch parcel

• Includes garbage, tires, HHW

• Does not include rusty farm equipment, falling down buildings, drug lab waste

Property owner is not responsible

• Not owner’s waste or inherited from relative

• Not from a renter, lessee, friend etc…
