FOR MAXIMUM DEPTH OF FIELD TO GET EVERYTHING IN FOCUS FROM THE FOREGROUND TO THE BACKGROUND 1.) TURN THE CAMERA MODE DIAL TO AV FOR APERTURE VALUE. APERTURE VALUE IS WHERE YOU SET THE APERTURE (OR F-STOP) TO TELL THE LENS HOW WIDE OR SMALL YOU WANT THE OPENING 2.) ROTATE THE MAIN DIAL WHILE LOOKING AT THE BACK SCREEN 3.) WITH THE CAMERA SET ON AV, ROTATE THE MAIN DIAL UNTIL YOU GET TO F22 OR F32 IN THE AV MODE, YOU SET THE F-STOP AND THE CAMERA SELECTS THE SHUTTER SPEED. IF YOU SHOOT YOUR FORCED PERSPECTIVE INSIDE, TO COMPEN- SATE FOR A SMALL F-STOP YOU MAY NEED TO INCREASE THE ISO SPEED TO 1600 OR 3200

1.) TURN THE CAMERA MODE DIAL TO TV FOR TIME VALUE.

TIME VALUE IS WHERE YOU SET THE SHUTTER SPEED TO TELL THE CAMERA HOW FAST OR SLOW YOU WANT SHUTTER TO OPEN

2.) ROTATE THE MAIN DIAL WHILE LOOKING AT THE BACK SCREEN

3.) WITH THE CAMERA SET ON TV, ROTATE THE MAIN DIAL UNTIL YOU GET TO THE DE-SIRED SHUTTER SPEED

FAST SHUTTER SPEEDS LIKE 1/500th, 1/1000th, or 1/2000th FREEZE ACTION. SLOW SHUTTER SPEEDS LIKE 1/30th, 1/15th or 1/8th BLUR ACTION

TO BALANCE OUT THE EXPOSURE, YOU MAY NEED TO COMPENSATE BY ALSO ADJUSTING THE ISO SPEED EITHER UP OR DOWN
