How do we get energy?

• Most energy comes from the sun. First the sun goes to a leaf. Then animals or we eat the plant. If the animal eats it we eat the animal.

This is a triple beam balance.

• All you do is place an item on the balance. We are weighing this metal basket.

• First you move the weights on the balance until the bar gets matched up with the line. Then add what the three weights circle and that’s how much the item weighs!

• We use helium to blow up balloons. The only thing that is lighter than helium is hydrogen, but that burns.

water. Surface tension fools gravity and has dense things float.
