LOW LITERACY RATE
Major setback of our people in
villages is that most of them are
illiterates.
LACK OF TECHNICAL AND SOFT
SKILLS
Most of graduates lack
communication skill & are poor at
English, Lack exposure to Modern
Technology and job based
training
CHALLENGES
FACED
At least 47% of graduates in India are not employable for any
industry role, according
the latest report by
employability solutions
firm Aspiring Minds.
About 270 million people aged 15 years
and older still
remain illiterate
in India
And among the working youth,
approximately one in four is
illiterate, and fewer than one in five completes secondary education,
said the Microsoft
Corp commissioned report.
According to the National Skill
Development Corporation (NSDC)
approximately 12.8 million
people will join the job market
every year in the coming
decade.
There is a lack of coordination
between the private skill
development organisations and 17 ministries who offer a multiplicity of
programmes
IDFC's India Infrastructure Report, 2012, released
this February, notes that poor-quality education
leads to low income rather than unemployment: 45
per cent of the country's graduates make less than Rs 75,000 a year.
About 90 per cent of employment
opportunities require
vocational skills, but 90 per cent of schools and
colleges deliver only bookish knowledge.
Students i.e. undergraduates lack exposure
to outside world and People from Rural Background are illiterates
Unemployed
Undergraduates and Graduates need Money
that is through Employment,(Observe that
these people are literates)
Now in order to solve problem of
illiteracy, a vocational training
program can be formed by these graduates and undergraduates to
train people from Rural
background i.e. through Adult education program, collecting
School dropouts, and finding those schools without teachers
On the other Hand these
unemployed graduates and
undergraduates directly gets exposed to hard core reality
of the world, they get first hand experience in training people and also earn
remuneration parallely
Most important of all; Along with these graduates and undergraduates , There
MUST be a blend of Equally trained
PROFESSIONALS, Support from NGO’s ,State and Central Government ,In order to
bring this plan into reality.
RESOURCES NEEDED TO MATERIALIZE

*Graduates alone cannot handle highly risky Job
*They need guidance from trained people
•They need people who can plan, act control, direct and manage efficiently.
•Professionals play vital role in framing the Skeletal system of the plan.
•Required amount of labor is easily identified
1)Professionals like college lecturers
2)People from training institutes,
3)Retired personnel's,
4) Entrepreneurs,
