    eat that has been grated and dried. The dr-ing process reall- affects the final

    =ualit- of the e!pected products. It contains no cholesterol or TranGs fat while

    being rich in a nuber of essential nutrients< including dietar- fibers< anganesesing +aer %ill %achine.

    Put grated coconut in the dr-er achine for dr-ing process at teperature

    about 19QC for * inutes. This process is to reduce the water content of

    grated coconut becoe $&H.
