That conditions blockage problem in work area is limited. To overcome can be used as pneumatic cylinder as multi directional dumper. Our review is focus as several gears in automobile and exposed the fact some complicated method adopted in trailer. The trailer has been loaded one direction. It is difficult to handle. From our research we can decided to rectified that problem by design and analysis of suitable operation condition. Keywords: Pneumatic, Trailer in three axes, Direction control 1. Introduction This project is one of the most applicable field consider as civil in construction work. In that period material will be supplied by using suitable vehicles and also unload that. The dumber is one of the carries materials which required from site. Here the main problem happed. That can be avoided through proper arrangement. Now a days most of the dumper is used for one direction. Our research developed to unloaded process multi direction. It can be achieved by Multi directional dumper. From this development has been obtained the benefit space requirement. In all the developing country focus to improve the product in space comfortable, multi application, easily handled as well as most important cost factor. Those factors are considered to develop our research work. And also it will give best efficiency. 2. Abstract: In usually unload materials from vehicle is

1. Introduction

3.1 Mild steel

Mild is one of the costs effective material considers to

other once. May be it replaced to steel application to

avoid the corrosion. It contained the maximum amount of

carbon nearly 0.29% and also can be added typically

magnetized. Due to improve the correction resistance

may be add to painted in surface or any other post

treatment process if any required. The application of mild

is improve day by day like automobile \ chassis,

cookware and motor cycle frame etc.

3.2 Chemical properties

Usually mild steel contained 0.4% of carbon in the steel.

The 1080 steel is a common type of mild steel. It’s

having 0.5% sulphur. From the varying properties of mild

steel we can get various corrosion resistance and

strength.

3.3 Physical properties

Mild steel has most strong material due to low carbon

contained. It has more resistance capacity and strength.

For that we can avoid the breakage. And also it’s having

high impact strength and tensile strength.

4. Major Parts

The Many more parts used to operating the dumper in

successive way. The common main parts are.

� Flow control valve

� Air compressor

� Direction Control Valve

� Cylinder

Fig 2 show that the Common pneumatic cylinder

construction. Normally pneumatic cylinder can be

operated by compressor air. It’s comes from the

compressor. Cylinder used to convert the pressure energy

to mechanical energy. That mechanical energy used to

dumper operation.

4.1.1 Types of pneumatic cylinders

Commonly the cylinder based on acting source can be

classified in two types. That are Single acting and Double

acting cylinder.

4.1.2 Single Acting Cylinders

The single acting cylinder used to compressed air acting

on the cylinder in only one side. So that the pressure

energy used to to extraction stroke only. Can e obtained

the return stroke by using suitable spring energy. The Fig

3 Shows that simple construction diagram of sigle acting

cylinder.

4.1.3 Double Acting Cylinders

In Double acting cylinder the compressed air is used to

both end side of cylinder. So that the pressure energy

from compressor will be used to both extract and retract

stroke. The Fig 4 is shows that the construction of double

acting cylinder.

4.4 Compressor

The compressor is used to generate pressure energy by

means of compress the air on the cylinder. The Fig 5

Shows that the classification compressor.

4.5 Direction control valve

This valve is commonly used to control the direction of

source to receiver. Here we used to direction control of

compressed air. It can be classified by the application

such that 2/3, 3/2,4/3 etc. The fig 6 shows that the

construction of Direction control valve.

4.6 Flow control valves

It is used to control the flow rate of the supply

pressurized air. Fig 7 shows that the construction of flow

control valve.

5. Design and Optimization

The arrangement of pneumatic system is as per Fig 8.

Our research is based to resolve the unloaded the material

is effectively manner as the degree of freedom in the

condition of any direction. For that we have analysed to

apply in most of various area like automobile,

construction, agriculture etc.

6. Conclusion

The development of our project can be used to the

various applications in effective manner. The

compressor, direction control valve, flow control valve of

the system is most control variable of output manner. So

we can get effective output by means of control of

variables.
