In this brochure you will find information on most of our DMC services, such as airport transfers, activities, team-building events, themed events and amenities. We offer any activity that is available or possible on our beautiful island. We also cater to special requests and will customize any event or activity you may want to add to your program. Red Sail Sports DMC works closely with any hotel on Aruba. Together with you and your hotel contact we will coordinate your group’s program with only one goal in mind: making your guests feel happy and special. From the moment you book with us until the time you have returned home after an unforgettable stay on our island, Red Sail Sports will take responsibility for your group’s fun in the sun!

Transportation

Airport Transfers Red Sail Sports can arrange all your transportation needs to ensure timely and efficient transfers. All buses are air-conditioned, clean and well maintained by professional staff. Vehicles of all sizes are available to meet your group’s needs. Airport transportation includes meeting guests with identification signs, airline re-confirmation and luggage coordination. Signage for the buses basically consist of a letter-sized sign behind the windows. It is also possible to print magnetic logo’s which are places on the sides of the buses. These logo’s will remain yours after the event for use in the future. Group Transfers From your hotel to the restaurant, from down town to your off-site event, let Red Sail Sports take care of all your group and individual transportation needs. On-island transfers include meeting guests with identification signs.

Site Inspection Your Red Sail Sports contact will organize your familiarization trip so that you can experience a wide range of activities and restaurants. We will arrange round-trip airport transfers, take you on a tour of the island and show you selected restaurants for dine-around or group dinners. Let us make arrangements for you to experience activities, including a sail on the catamarans and assist you with any other pre-program details.

Luncheon Snorkel Sail Snorkeling is the best and easiest way to discover Aruba’s fascinating underwater marine life. Snorkel, Shop & Sail A unique combination of a Luncheon Snorkel Sail, 2-hour Shop-Stop in downtown Oranjestad and Sunset Sail back to the hotel. Certified Scuba Diving Diving in Aruba is famous for the spectacular shipwrecks and interesting coral formations that dominate Aruba’s underwater realm. Red Sail Sports is Aruba’s largest dive operator and offers regular daily one- and two-tank dives and night dives. Atlantis Submarine Take an exciting voyage to depths of 120 feet below the Caribbean Sea. Deep Sea Fishing It’s the perfect combination: a warm Caribbean day, a premier fishing vessel, a captain who knows where to find the biggest catch and crystal blue water brimming with all the fish you can handle. Golf at Tierra del Sol Aruba’s championship golf course, featuring 18 holes overlooking Aruba’s northwest coast. Designed by Robert Trent Jones II, Tierra del Sol is a splash of green in the desert countryside. The course is conveniently located, just 5 to 10 minutes from the major hotels. Tierra del Sol’s facilities include a full-length practice range, putting greens, chipping areas, a luxurious clubhouse, a well-stocked pro shop, a full service gourmet restaurant, and a grill off the 18th green. Views from almost any area of the club include turquoise sea and desert vegetation growing around huge boulder formations. The picturesque California Lighthouse is in the distance and is particularly stunning from the third hole. Golf carts are outfitted with a ParView GPS satellite dish and a 10.4-inch color screen that projects green overviews and gives the exact distance from the cart to the center of the green, electronic scoring, and two-way communication with the clubhouse. Windsurfing

Aruba has a perfect combination of temperature, wind strength and water conditions for beginning and expert windsurfers. It is therefore no surprise that Aruba is known as one of the best places on earth to practice windsurfing. The Beginner Package includes 1 hour lesson and 1 hour self-practice and includes all equipment.

Kid's Animal Encounter Something different for the kid's: an exciting trip to two of Aruba's most popular animal attractions. First a visit to the Donkey Sanctuary. The kid’s get to feed the donkeys and a special ceremony is created involving the adoptation of one donkey for one year. At the end of the tour, each kid will receive the children's book "Kosh Kosh, The Green Donkey From Aruba" written by Desiree Eldering, who is also the tour guide and will sign the books. Second, an ostrich encounter never to forget. The kid’s will be do the tour where the get to see the approximately 70 ostriches and emu’s that are in the Ostrich Farm. ATV Adventure What better way to see the picturesque Northeast coast of Aruba in all its splendor and beauty, then on a fully automatic All Terrain Vehicle. On state-of-the-art machines you will be taken on a guided tour through cactus country. Visit the Alto Vista Chapel then follow the coastline with the waves wildly crashing onto the rocky shores making a stop at the Gold Mill ruins at Bushiribana. Take a look of the baby bridge at the Wariruri Beach. See the gigantic boulders at the Ayo Rock Formation and visit the Aruban Famous Natural Pool. The Quad racer tour includes the usage of helmets and goggles and refreshment on the tour.

Team Activities

GPS Adventure Ready for something different than beach games? Then it’s time for a GPS Adventure! Our unique adventure can be used as a teambuilding event but also just to have some fun as a group. Some will like the competitive element, others simply enjoy the scenery and the interesting facts about Aruba they learn along the way. National Park Pirate Adventure Using state-of-the-art GPS mapping handhelds one or more teams are set free in Aruba’s ‘wilderness’ (of course under close observation of our staff). Their goal is to locate items hidden in Aruba’s National Park Arikok using a few hints, their GPS device and some common sense. The purpose of the games is to find the ingredients to a cocktail invented by Aruba’s most infamous pirate: Jack Ryan. During the adventure, several group exercises need to be performed as well, determining the final winning group. Of course, a cocktail hunt is not complete with a cocktail party afterwards! Basically a lot of fun and breathtaking views a long the way! Downtown Cultural & Culinary Adventure This version of the game takes place in downtown Oranjestad. The participants will visit several historical sites and museums as well as get a taste of some of Aruba’s delicacies among which our local ‘pastechi’. The archeological museum as well as Fort Zoutman are just 2 of the highlights of this both fun and educational adventure. Group size for both versions: minimum 20, maximum 100. Amazing Race The enchanting Savannah Lodge sets the stage for the Amazing Race team building activity. The giant palapa-styled building with its unique African atmosphere located on the Ostrich Farm is the perfect starting point for an amazing afternoon. After an excellent lunch (optional), teams compete against each other in the beautiful north coast area of Aruba. Using Jeeps the teams navigate from one roadblock to the other. Each roadblock represents a different country across the world, simulating the international nature of the game. Some of the challenges that will have to be completed at the Roadblocks are: Crazy Key’s Roadblock Gold awaits the team that opens their treasure box first. The only problem: lots of keys and just one keyhole! No time for shaky hands as each team member gets a go at the box.

Ostrich Count Roadblock Lot’s of animals in the Ostrich Farm, but exactly how many do you count? All the more difficult with those emu’s running around. Don’t forget to count the little ones!

Slingshot Roadblock Three team members operate the slingshot while the rest of the team tries to catch the water balloons using paddles as they fly over 100 yards! Which team will catch the most balloons?

Iguana Soup Roadblock Lunch at the Savannah Lodge was excellent, but now it is time for the real thing. How many team members are brave enough to taste this local specialty? Upon completing a roadblock, each team gets the famous yellow/black envelop with their next assignment. And throughout the adventure, trivia questions are to be answered related to Aruba, recent global events or your own company or department! After the race, a cocktail party and award ceremony will take place at the Savannah Lodge. Optional live music and the relaxed atmosphere will calm the crowd after this exciting event. Finally, the guests are transferred back to the hotel in comfortable air-conditioned buses.

Beach Tennis Tournament Beach Tennis merges the worlds of Tennis, Badminton and Beach Volleyball into one energetic and visually exciting package. The sport is predominantly played as doubles on a court similar to beach volleyball, with players using purposely built paddle bats and a slightly depressurized tennis ball. This group event is fun for everybody: for those who have never touched a tennis racket before as well as those who have Roger and Rafael on their Christmas card list. The atmosphere is truly tropical with food, drinks and Beach Boys music played by a DJ. After a 30-minute clinic, teams are formed and a small competition is played. Depending upon the budget, the setup can be anywhere between basic (courts, shaded area’s, chairs, music) and extravagant (suntan girls, classic car decorations, Beach BBQ, mojito bar, etc).

Minute To Win It NEW! Named after the popular tv-series, Minute To Win It presents contestants with several, appearantly easy games that need to be completed each within 1 minute. Your group will be divided in teams which rotate along several games that are set up. Prior to competing, video blueprints are shown explaining each game. Red Sail Sports’ game officials will keep track of the scores and make sure everybody plays ‘fair’. Some of the games: A Bit Dicey - balance six dice on a popsicle stick held in your mouth Beach Tennis - two running players rally a ball back and forth using scuba flippers Tortilla Head - use swim flipper to flip tortilla onto plate that on top of the head These fun games can be held at the resort, either in the ballroom or outside in a private area of the hotel.

Beach Olympics Beach games are the perfect icebreaker for groups just getting to know each other and can also be a fun way for old friends to get to know a different side of each other! Most games have a tropical theme centered on the sea, sand and sunshine. A sample of the games: Waiter and fins

Victims wear oversized fins while running in sand with a glass full of seawater balanced on a tray. The tray must be carried in the correct waiter style at all times! The team with the most water in their bucket wins.

Where’s the beach?

Team members take turns locating a paddling pool and collecting one beach toy while blind folded. The team that navigates the fastest wins!

Scavenger Hunt and Raft Building This fun team-building competition can either be part of the beach games, or an event in itself. Marandi – International and Caribbean Cuisine (8 miles from Palm Beach) Aruba's sunset restaurant is an open-air palapa hut with wooden floors right above the ocean at the so called Laguna Pier. With numerous themes from which to choose, our experienced planners have something for everyone, from elegant dinners to extravagant parties. If you have something extra special in mind, Red Sail Sports is your partner! No matter how out-of-the-box your ideas might seem, we will turn them into reality.

Carnival Fever You have not lived until you have experienced the spirit of Carnival as it is celebrated in Aruba! After the guests are welcomed with a Caipirinha cocktail (featuring a lighted ice cube with your company logo) and flower leis, the brass band pumps some energy in the crowd with a lively performance. The band is accompanied by carnival dancers, to set the mood for the evening. The fantastic Latin Salsa Band will entertain the guests and invite them to dance. A spectacular Salsa demonstration by will take place during the buffet dinner. Among the performers are Janice and Oslin, winners of the prestigious World Professional Salsa Dance Competition 2002, held in Orlando, Florida. Throughout the evening, guest are invited to participate in various (inter)activities: Salsa Class – two professional instructors, one male and one female, will teach the basics of

this Latin passion. Carnival Corner – join our carnival dancers for a unique photo opportunity. Headpieces are

Taste of Aruba Why travel thousands of miles, only to return without having tasted the Caribbean hospitality at its best? Like other islands, Aruba has its own local culture, customs and events, of which color and music play an important role. Feast your senses with the sounds, sights and tastes of the locals. Guest are welcomed with our island famous “Aruba Ariba” cocktail and receive an Aruban flag colored scarf/shawl. Our beautiful buffet decorations feature images that you will encounter while touring our island, the California lighthouse, Fort Zoutman, the famous Divi Divi Tree, and not to forget the friendly green iguana! A lively color is used to decorate the tables and the traditional “cabushi” in this theme is a unique and different centerpiece. Entertainment options for your guest include the traditional “Caha di Orgel” or better known as the tingling box playing tunes of the Waltz, Danza or Mazurka while folkloric dancers showcase these traditional dances for your guests. A popular local dance is the ribbon dance. Venetian Masquerade Ball Sand between your toes, strolling violinists, mysterious masked living statues, red carpet on the sand, Venetian stilt walkers, a spectacular opera singer, playful interactive characters and even mind readers to recreate that air of elusive mystery and intrigue that pervades the Masquerade Ball. Your group is sure to enjoy this extravagant signature event. A rare chance to delight in a private paradise, your evening will start at a pier close to your hotel where Red Sail Sports' luxurious catamarans will sail you to private Renaissance Island, while watching the always enchanting sunset and enjoying a glass of Champagne. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by Royal Greeters dressed in beautiful red 18th century coats lined in gold with braided trimmings and Fire Eaters lighting up the sky. Guests will receive Venetian masks and will be led over a red carpet to the beach area where the main event will take place, under the delightful tones of a violinist. The Renaissance Island will be richly colored and magically lit by torches. Décor pieces, creating the typical Venetian atmosphere will mystify the evening and enlighten your guests. Living statues, the Rialto bridge, gondola’s and beautiful centerpieces made of feathers and masks will astonish your guests. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are served to the accompaniment of Venetian entertainers. When it is time to eat, Trumpeters will blow their trumpets to announce dinner. Six different facades are available, all depicting Aruba’s heritage. The dual-sided facades can be used for both sides of the buffet tables, minimizing waiting time for your guests.

Video Projection Screens $ 300 each These high-quality screens are multi-purpose. Project your company logo, pictures of previous activities or theme-related video’s. Four screens are available, rates include projectors and setup.

Rialto Bridge (see image on page 23) $ 1,500 As part of the Venetian Masquerade Ball theme, this beautiful replica serves both as a chique entrance as well as picture background and décor piece.

Payment & Cancellation Policies A deposit of 25% of the estimated program cost is required to block your program features. Upon receipt of this deposit, Red Sail Sports will reserve all required program features on your behalf. A final deposit of 65% of the total estimated program cost is required 30 days prior to the start of the program. Red Sail Sports will then make all the necessary deposits on your behalf to contracted suppliers. All deposits paid to Red Sail Sports will be held in our account until such time as funds are required to be paid out for program guarantees and operation. Confirmed group bookings cancelled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond Red Sail Sports control will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund. Departure points are subject to change, dependent on weather. Transportation is an additional charge, depending on your departure location. Décor and other props, including those especially produced for the program, remain property of Red Sail Sports after the program. The client may cancel the program or any part of it subject to the following cancellation charges: 10% of the estimated program value if cancellation request is received between the date of contract and 60 days from the scheduled

starting date of the program. 25% of the estimated program value if cancellation request is received within the period of 15-59 days from the scheduled starting date of

the program. 50% of the estimated program value if cancellation request is received within the period of 8-14 days from the scheduled starting date of

the program. 100% of the estimated program value if cancellation request is received within the period of 0-7 days from the scheduled starting date of

the program., which means no refund. Any costs for products or services incurred exclusively for the client’s group, such as embroided amenities, are not subject to a refund. Cancellation must be advised by fax, e-mail or letter to Red Sail Sports. On cancellation, refund will be made after deduction of cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule given above. No telephonic cancellations shall be accepted. No refund or adjustment will also be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client on his own choice after the commencement of the tour. All notice of program cancellations must be in writing and received within the specified cancellation period or penalties will apply. Charges may be paid for by Company check
