Between September 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018, you will earn points as you grow your business.As you reach specific thresholds, you will earn prizes. Whoever said, “The journey is more important than the destination,” was only partly correct.The journey is important, but ultimately you want to get to the Dominican! A great way to start any journey is to know your reason for embarking. Why is this journey worth it for you? Why take this journey at all? We want you to keep your “why” in mind, especially for those times when the road feels long. To do so, in the space below, share your Posh why and your Destination DR why. Whenever you need inspiration, turn back to this page to remind yourself why you started, and stay motivated to get to the Dominican Republic!

In this handbook we’ll give you tips and strategies to try out. We’ll share proven techniques to increase your sales, grow your team, and strengthen you as a leader. If, at any point, you feel overwhelmed, remember that simply focusing on a few things can lead to big results. Here are some guideposts to help you on your journey.

Guidepost 1: Get Posh on the People

Let the product do the work! The more people you share product with, the more success you will have. Make it a goal to share Posh with as many people as you can during your Incentive journey.Here are some tips: Carry around a Big Fat Yummy Hand Crème and use it in public. Others will notice the scent or the packaging and ask about it Keep a few samples and business cards with you at all times—and actually give them out! Talk to at least one person every day about Posh (the products, the opportunity, your reason for being a Consultant). Follow up with those who seem interested

Guidepost 2: Be Authentic on Social Media

People like people they can relate to, so the more genuine you are as you share on social media, the more interest you’ll see in your Posh business. You’re excited about Posh. Go ahead and let that show. Here a few social media tips to help build interest: Update your social media cover photo to the Incentive logo Take selfies with your Starter Kit, favorite products, and products that are on sale and post them Be balanced in what you share. It’s fine to share posts directly from Posh, but mix those up with posts that showcase your personal touch Offer a Facebook Live broadcast as you open your Starter Kit and other Posh packages. Use #unboxwithPosh

Guidepost 3: Posh Every Day

Do one thing every day to push your Posh business forward. For some of you, this could mean a well-executed power hour where you get down to business. For others, it’s just taking a couple minutes to reach out to someone in-person or share something online. Whatever you do, just be sure you’re doing SOMETHING every day. Success is built upon the consistent actions you take on a daily basis.

Use the provided calendar (pages 9–13) to plan your daily Posh activity. Hold yourself accountable. And remember to choose activities that will help you earn the points you are hoping to achieve.

Don’t limit yourself to direct personal and online contact. The tools and communication channels you typically use are great ways to reach out to others. One of our favorites: texting. Texting has become one of the most immediate and impactful ways of sharing information.

Your challenge: Text 10 contacts and ask them if they would like a pampering sample pack. (Or a catalog. Or a spa-taaay!) Not everyone will respond (and those who do might not say yes), but you’ll likely have a couple who do. This gives you a chance to give them something Poshy, follow up, and ask them if they want to order.

Contact 10 people 10 times over the course of the Incentive earning period, and you will have reached out to 100 people. Imagine that! Something as easy as a text can help you share Posh and build your business.

Set your goal to send 100 Posh texts. Fill in your progress with the 10 Text Challenge and Tracker, and Posh Memory Jogger found on the next page.
