The Project Manager puts accent on the time allocated for the project, cost of the project and it’s scope, in order to obtain a good quality of the product.

In order to obtain these characteristics, he increases competence between employers; he organizes and manages resources

The documentation is made out of ALU internal specification about each platform component used and steps made by the devolopers in order for the project to progress. It usually contains :

• a system overview• feature lists by release• basic GUI operation instructions• GUI map management
