PRODUCTS FOR THE CLEANING AND BIOREMEDIATION
The European Eco-label may be applied for and obtained by companies which prove to respect some extremely strict criteria, established by the European Commission; the great force of Eco-label is its European dimension; these criteria fix the ecological requisites that a product must respect, including those concerning the suitability to satisfy the consumers requests in terms of quality, maintaining high standards of performance; the cleaning ability must be equivalent to or better than that of a market-leading product of reference.
The official EU mark is issued by the Eco-label Eco-audit Committee, an independent organism constituted by 14 members, elected by the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Public Health and the Department of Industry.
The objective is to create products with a potential for reducing environmental impact; we have studied in detail the components to be used, adopting a Schedule to work out the Critical Dilution Volume toxicity (VCDTox), because of the need for the products to fall into the strict parameters fixed to reduce or prevent the risks for the environment and for human health related to the use of hazardous substances. Every component must satisfy ecological criteria, otherwise it can not be used; packagings are subjected to restrictions, too; fragrances are employed in a particularly strictly way and reduced to the minimum, because of the high degree of aquatic toxicity which distinguish their classification.
We have supplied for every ingredient to the Committee a complete technical documentation (declarations of conformity, technical and safety data sheets, IFRA - International Fragrance Association - declarations released by our suppliers of fragrances, etc.) after which we have produced the Technical Guide for all purpose cleaners and cleaners for sanitary facilities.
To check the efficacy of the three products an independent accredited laboratory made some tests of performance by 5 professional users, as guarantee of the total transparency and reliability of the process (Neotron – Sen&ca Division); the aim was to establish their quality level (equivalent to or better than that of a market-leading product), evaluating their ability to remove dirt and their non-aggressiveness on the surfaces where they are employed.Our products have overreached with great result these tests, demonstrating a high performance of cleaning.
After the documentary control, positive, the Eco-label Eco-audit Committee has fixed an inspectional verification; during that control they have examined the operational systems applied to the productive process, the traceability of batches, the control plan on quality of materials.
They have verified that SINTESI adopts a control system which guarantees the permanency of ecological characteristics, in respect of Eco-label criteria.
The ecological label, with the particular “flower”, is an attestation of excellence, and identifies these products which have a reduced environmental impact when viewed through its entire life-cycle on air, water, soil and human health.
The Flower represents a clear added value:· thanks to its concentrated composition, a small quantity is sufficient compared with a normal diluted product.· label contains indications clear and precise, for a correct use and a consequent reduction of costs and production of waste.
Only the companies who respect Eco-label criteria obtain the “daisy”, that represents a guaranty for the consumer, too, who is today more sensitive to the protection of the environment, even if he doesn’t want to renounce to a good performance of the product.
Another guaranty is the constant monitoring: ecological criteria are re-examined by the Eco-label Eco-audit Committee after a fixed period of validity, and eventually they become more strict, to reward the excellence et favour the improvement of environmental quality.
Cleaning firms, schools, hospitals, accommodating facilities, industries are surely interested in Eco-label products, because their activities claim an even more uncontaminated environment, and we assist to a crescent interest in preserving the environment.

USE / DILUTIONS:Manual applications and dosing systems: 1% solution (50 ml. of product in 5 lt. water – or 10 ml. of product in 1 lt. water) Apply on the surface to be treated. In case of persistent dirt let act longer, then remove the dirt using a cloth or sponge and mop up.
