• Weigh 10 grams Sample in Mason Type Jar• Add 100 ml Extraction Solution• Place in Boiling Water Bath for 10 Minutes• Remove Mason Jar from Water Bath• Prepare Sample Tubes and Transfer 0.5 ml of

Extract to a Tube (Use different pipette for each sample)

• Place Sample Strip into each Sample Tube• Develop for 10 Minutes and Read Results
