A rugged design, in minute detail Produced from nigh-grade steel, the construction of the BaleTrack rollers is from two sections uslng 2.5mnn thick steel. Special supports Inside the rollers give the baie chamber an outstonding robustness, allowing ìt to withstand some of the most arauous silage making conditions. Forged, one-piece roller stub shafts with a splined profile have been designed to withstanding severe Ioads - itself a significant guarantee of durability and reliability.

Strong, rear door hydroullc cylinders work in combinotion with a hydraulic lock valve to produce maximum baling density ot any time. Peak loodings on the rear door are dispersed by an integrai pressure accumulator, which contributes to delivering consistent baie density. Those who need variation con manually set baie density to suit the crop, up to a maximum value of 1 70 bar.

Built-in safety TheMP 121 andMP 125aref i t ted OS standard with a wide-angle drive shaft and a com-type slip clutch. The MP 125's extra wIde XL pick-up gains greater protection from an additional slip clutch. Those faced

with large acreages making round baie silage will appreciate such sophisticated overload protection features, whIch wouid otherwise restrlct forward speed and baie density. The resuits con be seen in the field: more bales per hour are produced by a baler thot con be safely operated to its limits.

Ingenious drive layout Heavy duty drivelines for the baie chamber rollers and the integrai feed rotor have proved to be the most reliable drive systems for the toughest of conditions. Each roller's heavy-duty bearings are bolted onto 3mm piate used to create the baie chamber's side walls (4mm thick on the driven side). Power is tronsmitted by heavy duty drive chains, which afford smooth operation.

AUTOMATIC TWINi AND NET WRAP SYSTEM

Impressive densit/ and secure nef'wrapping Using the latesf net-wrap application system, the MP balers ensure total coverage rjght to the edge of the baie. While maximlsing bolina time, the system offords consideraole savings on net consumption, giving the baie excellent transport and stacking properties. The oaler's front hood opens wIde, giving easy access to net wrap Storage space - there's room for tv/o rolls - enough for a full day's v^ork. Twine tying v/ith doublé twine application is another cost-saving option. Both tv/ines criss-cross after

a few turns of the baie to ensure consistent tying - the result, aqain, is excellent transport and stacking properties to ease future rehandling.

In-cab control centre Choose from twine or net wrapping, or a combination of both - the MP 121 a n d M P 125 con be equipped to meet your individuai requirements. Choosing net wrap or twine tying mode is easy thanks to the simple design of the in-cab control box. Once the preset baie density is reached, the wrapping process starts automatlcally or can be triggered manuolly by finger tip controIs. An audible warning informs the operator when the baie is ready to be tied.
