Action Learning
Module 1: Your Executive Brand
Leaders leave with a development plan and have until the next session to implement their plans. The second session begins with a discussion of what worked well and what didn’t work well.
Module 3: Leading Leaders
Leaders begin coaching their direct reports with the tools offered in the program. Again in the subsequent session the cohort discusses what they found to be best practice approaches and what to avoid.
