The Request for Proposal (RFP) for Development of Outer Ring Road (ORR) on DBFOT Annuity basis has earlier been issued by Tamil Nadu Road Development Company Ltd (TNRDC) on behalf of Government of Tamil Nadu, Highways and Minor Ports Department (GOTN, HD). As a part of RFP, TNRDC had earlier issued Draft Concession Agreement, Schedules and Drawings for information to the prospective bidders with the disclaimer note.
