Case Studies - Greene King Case Study - Fairmont Hotels

About us

We have worked on a number of sites for Greene King, this process has identified the development opportunity of around 100 new guest bedrooms in the London area.

Without harming the trade or operational areas, the development will maximise the opportunity in the asset to provide revenue generating space. This will not only provide new business but enhance the current business model.

Fairmont Hotels and Resorts required delivery of model room and subsequent refurbishment of 192 guest rooms, 16 suites, circulation areas, reception, lounge bar, fine dining restaurant, conference and banqueting areas. Also the development of a new leisure bar and spa to the 5 star hotel.

The hotel remained trading throughout the construction period, requiring careful site management and detailed programming. Costs were controlled using our purchase order manager system, which is fully integrated into the Furniture fixtures and equipment (FF&E) supply chain to provide essential accurate information to enable clear business decisions.
