Project Funding Project funded by a combination of debt from

bilateral/multilateral agencies and equity from Ministry of Railways

The capital structure of DFCCIL will entail a debt equity ratio of 2:1

For the Western corridor, the Government of Japan will provide a loan to meet about 67% of the construction cost

The Eastern Corridor is proposed for funding from multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank
