Fully Integrated On-Site Dry-Ice Blasting
DI Global specialises in the rental of high-performance dry-ice production andblasting equipment. The fully integrated solution has been designedspecifically for surface preparation and fabric maintenance purposes in the Oiland Gas industry, and similar applications.
The blasting equipment is ATEX Certified for use in Zone 1 environments. Theclean process ensures minimal disruption to surrounding operations.
Media is produced on-site, on-demand and the refilling process of rawmaterials is fully managed by DI Global.
The technology achieves a surface preparation standard approved by majorcoating suppliers.
On-site dry-ice production process and blasting operations with cryogenic storage tanks fortransportation and storage of raw materials, a production process to manufacture the blasting mediaand a portable blasting machine.
DI Global is supported by Air Liquide’sinternational presence in key basins,operating in 90% of offshore supply bases andwith direct access to 80 CO2 plants in 40countries.
