Delphi J2534 “Pass-Thru” is a European standard for downloading new software to a vehicle ECU.

The regulation gave the independent workshops the possibility to reprogram vehicle emission ECU’s without the need to buy the manufacturers diagnostic tool. Some manufactures have extended this to all ECUs.

Our diagnostic tool allows you to download new software to Euro 5 type approved cars; some manufacturers will allow software programming on non Euro 5 cars.

This fi rst of a kind “patent pending” all-makes tool which is quick and “easy to use” (simple menu, simple buttons etc.) with fast connection to the CR injector whilst on or off the vehicle, to perform an electronic diagnosis. Once connected, the “Buzz Tool” will perform the following actions:

• Measurement of important electrical characteristics (resistance / inductance) of the injector coil.

• Check insulation of the coil to the injector body.• Drive the valve to make it “buzz”.

Delphi Pico Scope is an essential diagnostic tool, used to break down complex electrical signals and analyse the root cause of a fault. The Delphi PicoScope can be used to measure and test electric and electronic components and circuits including: ignition (primary and secondary), injectors and fuel pumps, starter and charging circuits, batteries, alternators and starter motors, lambda, airfl ow, knock and MAF sensors, glow plugs / timer relays, CAN us, LIN bus and FlexRay.

What is YDT-35?

Specifi cally designed for garages, Delphi’s YDT-35 gives technicians the ability to troubleshoot faulty injectors and determine which injector needs to go to the repair network for repair. Complementing the existing Delphi on-vehicle test solutions for Common Rail injectors, the YDT-35 is the fi rst step in the diagnostics process. It combines an electrical injector test with visual spray pattern checks, to identify individual injectors that have failed.

Delphi’s Diesel Calibration Fluid has been formulated to the industry standard ISO4113, but more impressively, it also meets the stringent specifi cation limits used in the test and development of original equipment parts.

Whilst the Diesel Calibration Fluid is highly recommended for the testing of Delphi OE product on approved test equipment, including YDT-35, it is also suitable for the testing of all makes diesel injection products on all makes test equipment.
