Rough/Lot estimation amongst multiple managers Control diamond movement flow Compare plan between two employees Define lot/rough estimate complete date Define Employee Category (For E.g. A-Excellent , B-Very Good , C-Good , D-Trainee) Assign Diamond packet to above or defined employee category

( Packet only issue to B or Above ) Define level of complexity for each packet or Lot Set production priority to diamonds
