Term 3—Week 10
Dear Parents, Carers and Community What a wonderful term. Reflecting back, our students have
achieved so much, from receiving our first Roo Bronze system,
sporting / athletic opportunities, family movie night, book week
and completing the online NAPLAN test. Next term students can
look forward to more stage excursions, Halloween disco, school
photos and end of year presentation.
Thank you to those who attended the family movie night. It was
very successful, parents and students had a great time. I look
forward to the family Halloween Disco next term, so start
looking for a scary costume.
Next Tuesday morning there is a Kinder Transition meeting in
the Library at 10.30am.
We are in the early developing and planning stage for the 2018-2020 School Plan. Your input will be very much valued, starting with the 2015-2017 Ivanhoe School Vision Statement:
Ivanhoe Central School aims to build global
citizens through fostering innovative thinking
and creative problem solving and where all
students are valued, inspired and motivated
to reach their full potential.
Question: Are you happy with this vision statement or would you like to see it change? What would you like to see as the school –your child’s educational vision statement? Your feedback is very much appreciated. Return form to front office
have a lovely weekend Patricia Sharp - Principal
