We provide die management technology to optimize productivity and reduce unit component manufacturing cost. The Bondertie® L-CA release agents water-based range are specifically designed for the high pressure die casting of aluminum, magnesium and other non-ferrous metals. All Bonderite® L-CA provide superior release and lubrication at extremely cost-effective dilution ratios. The wide range of Bonderite® L-CA release agents formulations allows for specialist products for niche applications, including very thin casting, radiators or structural castings.

Bonderite® L-CA 639S 50 - 120Superior release properties which reduce the need for additional antiweld pastes in many cases. Aluminium and magnesium pressure die casting.
Bonderite® L-CA 333 Serious Varies with series
Big castings on big presses with automatic application, particularly on hot dies. A flexible and forgiving product series that is also suitable for smaller castings. It is with the properties of higher dilution ratio, high wetting and sliding lubrication properties at wide range of die temperature, clean environmental friendly.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 503S 180-200Very thin or structural castings, or where laser weldability is required. Especially ideal for Mg and vacural casting.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 780 160-300 Large castings on big presses with automatic application, particularly on hot dies. Particularly suitable for heavy section castings and for Mg casting.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 571A 60 - 150Excellent all purpose release agent, providing good release and clean castings.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 581 40 - 150 Where a silicon oil-free product is demanded.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 579 70 - 150Small to mid-size presses where good release and shiny parts are most important. Bonderite® L-CA CP 517M (11%) also available.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 543 40 - 100Medium size presses, very flexible product & where price is important. Contains mineral oil and low wax content.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 715R 40 - 60 Radiator casting.
Bonderite® L-CA DCLP Ready for use
Only for use with Bonderite® L-CA DCLP equipment, an innovative and fully integrated lubrication solution designed to meet all the requirements of pressure die casting and Thixo casting. It is based on a principle of individual thermal die management and lubrication, ensuring that every die is given optimum treatment.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 747 100-200Large castings on big presses with automatic application, particularly on hot dies. Particularly suitable for heavy section castings and for Mg castings.
Bonderite® L-CA CP 1002 60-160Wax-free formulation; Strengthen wetted capability at high temperature; Especially suitable for magnalium casting.

Graphite in Oil Plunger Lubricant, excellent lubricity that will extend plunger life. Good shelf life and stability.
Bonderite® L-CA PL 66005 Ready for use Non-graphite oil-based plunger lubricant.
Bonderite® L-CA 686Supplied Ready for use or diluted with water 1:1 for plunger, can dilute up to 1:4
Non-graphite water-based plunger lubricant.
Bonderite® L-CA CT 480 Ready for useNon graphite, amide-free wax pellet, solid plunger lubricant. Require applicator.
